- Recruiting – We are broadening the scope of our hiring activities to attract the best talents from a more diverse pool of candidates − identifying and eliminating bias in the application process and improving interview techniques through training.
- Retaining and promoting talent – We include DEI aspects in year-end employee reviews of team leaders and in career development discussions.
- Communication – We share regular updates on DEI progress at employee meetings, and we hold events with guest speakers on DEI topics.
- Open and inclusive culture – We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, disabilities, region or any other status protected by law. We also offer unconscious bias training for our employees.
