Private Equity International features Martha Heitmann among the 10 most influential women in private equity

LGT Capital Partners (LGT CP) is pleased to announce that Private Equity International features Martha Heitmann, a Partner at the firm and Head of West Coast US, on their list of the 10 most influential women in private equity.

Martha Heitmann is responsible for origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of secondary transactions. She has led some of LGT CP’s largest and most complex secondaries, together with a global team, including LP- and GP-led secondaries. Martha is well-regarded in the industry and a respected senior professional in the market. In 2022, she established LGT CP’s San Francisco office and plays an important role in the firm’s venture capital and growth investments. Having lived in Asia, the US and Europe, she brings a unique global perspective to private markets, and represents the global nature of both the secondaries market and LGT CP.

As the chair of LGT CP’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee, Martha Heitmann has been an influential voice on DEI in the private equity market and has addressed critical issues related to talent and culture. She is a mentor both internally and to rising female professionals in the broader industry.
